What do you do?
I was laying in bed, trying to fall asleep, when my mind was flooded with thoughts. I had a panic attack. It came so quickly I didn't know it was going to happen. I was crying and hyperventilating and shaking. And I felt absolutely powerless. I couldn't stop it. How do you stop it, that feeling of powerlessness and your panic attacks when they're happening? Please...I really need help with this one...
