Period after pregnancy

So I had my srcond baby in July and I got my first period on the 2nd of January, but I haven't gotten my period on the month of February. My period has always been regular, even after my first child, so idk what's going on. My husband and I use protection every single time, and I took a test to see if I maybe got pregnant again, and it came out negative. Is this normal?
