Could I be pregnant?

So I had sex the 30th and we started without a condom. Then again the 4th, the condom broke. I have had light spotting that is dark red almost brown. I had come cramps yesterday.  My period should of started today and nothing not even spotting anymore. I just feel bloated.  Is it pms or pregnancy?
