So my fiance and I have been trying to conceive lately and my period was due Feb 14th but came Feb 13th and it's weird because when I get my usual periods I have really bad cramps and a heavy flow but none of that came. I also usually have a five to seven day cycle and it only lasted four days and my "flow" was very light almost like spotting. The color was also pink and brown.Ive also been very nauseous these past couple of days and extremely tired. Do you guys think I might be pregnant? When's the best time to take a test?
