Menstrual cup?

Question

Tampons give me really bad cramps and so I was thinking about getting a menstrual cup for my next period but I'm nervous! Are they hard to use? I'm a SAHM so messes aren't that big of a deal since I'll usually be home with clean clothes available but I don't want to ruin ALL my clothes. Tell me everything you love and hate about menstrual cups!

I love mine! It took one cycle for me to figure it out properly but since then it’s brilliant! No mess, reduced cramps and no waste. The key is figuring out how to put it in to get the suction right. I doubled up with period panties (thinx) at first but now I feel super confident without a back up!

I bought mine today and did a dry run and it was more comfortable than a tampon. I'd recommend for first time to use the triangle fold, 7 fold or the punch down fold.
