I was behind on bills for a while after I quit both of my jobs due to my ex boyfriend stalking me and following me home one night after work and beating me with a wrench.. I got him put in jail, came out of the hospital with two NEW jobs! I will be starting one on Monday and the next one in two weeks but my property manager KNOWS the reason I haven't been able to pay my rent on time because I had to make sure of my safety first.. STILL I got a notice saying if I do not pay my rent by today, then I will have a formal eviction tomorrow. someone please help me! I'm uneducated with evictions because I never had one but I still don't know what to do!
