ladies I've been in a lot of pain due to a kidney stone what else can I drink or do to help pass it because man oh man I want this pain gone already I could not sleep at all last night due to the pain I was in

When i had mine, i read pure pomegranate juice can help break up the stone, but stop drinking it as soon as you think/know the stone has passed. I just took advil, as that was what the hospital suggested for pain. Heating pad helped a ton as well.

My husband has stones and he uses cranberry juice and tons of water. If it’s your first one you need to go to a doctor so they can make sure it’s passable and give you pain meds. My husband hates meds but has to take them w stones.

Kidneys develop stones when one is not eating healthy and not drinking enough water. So you need to fix that first. 
Eat green leafy raw vegetables like kale, collards, parsley, Swiss chard every day. And eat lots of fruit particularly melons and berries. This for the next little while should be your diet primarily. 
Fill 10 large glasses of water and put them on your counter and be sure they're gone by the end of the day. 
As a quicker fix for the painful stones you have now: put 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (with mother) into a glass of water and drink. One in the morning and one at night The acetic acid will start to break down the stones and will provide you with relief. 
Kidneys are very very important. Last thing you want is to be on dialysis.

I just passed one the other night. that's my second stone that I know of. what I found helped and sitting in the shower( I just put a towel on the ground) and let the water run on your back. I brought a bottle of water with me and ended up passing it in the shower and it was waaaay better than laying in bed in pain. I used a heating pad on low to help me sleep ( it was the only way I could fall asleep). drink lots and lots of water and go to the er if it gets really bad. try and take a pain reliever every 4-6 hours too.

drink warm lemon water. eat cucumbers. I'm not sure it will help pass them, but I know for a fact it will keep them from coming back afterward. I was having 7 kidney stones a month. started drinking milk, drinking warm lemon water, and eating cucumbers like chips And haven't had one in 6 years.
