What are the symptoms for an ectopic pregnancy?

I just had some cramping off and on and spotting.  I called when I started spotting and them my Dr. ordered 48 beta levels.  When they didn’t double, I went in for an ultrasound. Mine was caught super early, so I didn’t have a lot of pain.

I had hardly any symptoms, I had cramping one week, but the week it ruptured nothing, I just felt a bit off-colour.

You have normal pregnancy symptoms + pain that is concentrated to one side. Spotting. 
I had sciatica like pain that progressively got worse over three days. Shoulder pain(this is because if your bleeding internally there is a nerve that get stimulated and expressed here). With my cornual ectopic the symptoms were more normal pregnancy than not. I went to get checked out because of the shoulder pain

For me.. I had alot of cramping.. sometimes mainly on one side. i was constipated. moody.. nauseous.. i had alot of headaches. sensitive  to smell .. symptoms varies according to the person. all ima say is the cramps literally killed me. it hurt so bad i couldnt do nothing..

i was being a bit dramatic at times lol but it felt like labor pain all over..
