Sleep schedules?

Curious if any of you ladies have started a sleep schedule with your babies yet? My daughter is 4 weeks old and I am desperately hoping I can start one with her soon. Any tips on how to successfully do so would be so awesome!

I’m just now trying harder to get my Emilie on a sleep schedule. She has recently been too active once I set her in her crib (pack n play) she wakes herself up and gets fussy, but won’t fall back to sleep. I bought this Love to Dream sleep sack from Target two days ago and as long as I use it she’s happy, and soothes herself back to sleep. She sleeps more solid during her naps and has been less fussy than before at night time. I jokingly call it a baby straight jacket, just make sure you get the right size for safety reasons.

I’m going to be starting at 6 weeks. I have a friend who started sleep training with all of her children, including a set of triplets, and she always started at 6 weeks based on recommendations from her trainer. She’s had good luck starting at that age. Over the next few weeks I’m going to be getting my daughter used to spending time in her crib for naps (versus bassinet or rock n play) and then at 6 weeks I’m going to transition her there for night time, as well, and start official sleep training.
