varicose veins

I'm 20wks. also 9th pregnancy & I have varicose veins or spider veins, does anyone else? first time getting them.

Last week I was put on sick leave from work because I had swelled up so much from always standing on the job. I'm a cashier. now I have these spider veins, is there anything I can do to minimize them? what causes them? any info would help. they are so ugly 😭

I wanna be able to wear dresses this summer without being self conscious about my legs. I'm already self-conscious about my arms no need to be about my legs.
