Is this implantation bleeding or a period?

So my period/bleedig was 6days late. The most I'm ever late is 2 days. It was dark brown. Super light for one day, heavy the next and then super light again. I've had cramps accompanying this for over a week now; which, I never cramp ever. Still BFN pregnancy tests. Was this implantation bleeding or not?
