I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and they only saw one baby. From the time I got pregnant I felt like it was twins. I got a strong positive at only 3 weeks pregnant, a week before my missed period. I am now 16w 6 days and I am much bigger than other people around me that are just as far if not further. When I use my Doppler I pick up two different heart beat numbers on each side. I’m am also still very sick. Could this be twins? These pictures are me at 5w then 16w. It’s my first.
