Baby shakes when you rub her when she's sleeping.

My baby girl is a little over a week old and when she is sleeping she twitches a normal amount except sometimes if you rub her or touch her she will shake hard and a lot while you're rubbing her. It's not her whole body but it will be her arm or a leg and it's very worrisome. Any one know why or have any similar experiences?
