i quit drinking coke for like a month, i have not been exercising, but i thought even with quitting (soft drinks) i would lose some weight. i was 155 when i started, las week i was 157 and i just weighted myself and now is 158.6... why could this be?? im starting my work out this week. but i am still curious🤔🤔🤔🤔
