Lactose Intolerant
Anyone else develop lactose intolerance since being pregnant. Ive been feeling sick and having stomach pains after eating and it turns out you can develop an intolerance to lactose during pregnancy. I love diary and it's already hard to find things I enjoy eating while pregnant so anyone else dairy free that have good suggestions on diary substitutes?
