My boyfriend had a seman analysis and when I came back these were his results ......​

I think your doctor already answered your question. You can still conceive. It could just take longer than desirable. And referring you to a fertility clinic is just standard practice. My DH has similar issues. We went the fertility help route Bc we have been trying for 13 months and he's not getting younger and I'm very impatient.  It all depends on how long you think you could wait.  Good luck!

I wasn't sure if the doctor was kinda just saying there was a chance but not a good chance of that makes sense ..... I already have a child to someone else so we will have to pay for any treatment which we have been told is very expensive and doesn't have very high success rates 
​..... Just wondering how likely it is to happen naturally with his results.... I am very impatient aswell we have been trying for about 18 months and it's starting to stress me out bad xx
