Worrying! Help please!

Ok I am going on seven weeks. And everyday I have been having might cramps which I heard is normal as long as there is no bleeding along with it or it's not severe. Well every once in awhile I will get some pretty painful cramps. None of my friends who are pregnant are even experienced go cramps. I go for my first ultrasound Wednesday but I am super worried. Did anyone else have cramps?!
