Constant headaches during pregnancy....?

Is it normal to have constant headaches during pregnancy. I’m just over into my 2nd trimester (about 13.5 weeks) and for the past few weeks I’ve had a headache or migraine every single day. Sometimes I’ll just lay in a dark room and hope it goes away because I don’t feel comfortable taking Tylenol that often. But I work, and I can’t do that at work so I’ll take medicine then. But it wears off after about 6 hours and it’s back. Is this normal? It’s starting to scare me because I didn’t have this problem with my first 2 pregnancies.😞
