No heartbeat

So I went to my first sonogram on Friday and I was told that by the size of the fetus I was about 7 weeks. The doctor told me that she could not hear the heartbeat of the baby and she told met I have 3 options. One is to wait for me to have a miscarriage, take a pill or to schedule a dnc. I decided to wait. the weekend has passed and I have not felt anything unusual. Tomorrow I have another sonogram. Hope everything is ok.
