What did you take for a Headache during your 3rd trimester?

That I know if Advil and ibprofin are huge no nos.

I just drink a bunch of water, eat a small snack and take a nap and it's gone lol.

My OB said that Tylenol or baby aspirin is fine, but I can't take either because they dilute my epilepsy medications so I just deal with it 😓. A friend of mine gave me some peppermint oil though & told me to dab it on my temples & the back of my neck. Worked wonders!

Nothing. I just kinda deal. :(

My doctor advised me to take either regular strength Tylenol or extra strength. Extra strength every 6 hours & regular strength every 4. Personally, tylenol doesn't help me and I always took Aleve before, but I follow doctors orders and take Tylenol :(

Ibuprofen is really great it's better than Tylenol

A nice drive with the windows down & lots of water. I don't like taking meds
