Paragard period question.

I had my paragard copper iud placed in November 2013. I liked it quite a bit but in march my cycle suddenly went from 35 days to 42 days. My cycle has been 35 days consistently since my paragard was placed so that was odd. We decided to have another baby so I had my paragard removed may 15th and i had a period may 20th to may 26th. I have been monitoring my cm and noticed that today I had heavy ewcm but I'm not supposed to ovulate until next week according to glow and period tracker pro, however if I was having a normal 35 day cycle this would be my fertile period. My question is has anyone had a problem with their periods but had the paragard iud removed and have their period return to normal immediately?
