Severe pain after sex? 😭😩Girls I need ur help??

My partner an I mostly have gentle sex once in awhile I let him get a little rough just a little an he likes getting me from behind I don't like it but he does so once in a while I let him well I let him an everything was fine he got a little rough but (most people wouldn't consider it rough) so when we were done I went to the bathroom to pee I was fine then soon as I stood up I got severe pelvic pain it hurt real deep inside I never felt anything like it an also I tryed going pee an it burnt to pee an made the pain get worse my back hurt I got so bloated I couldn't even Bickel my shorts it was bad. I was ready to goto the ER. After curling up in a ball for a hour or so crying I made myself try to walk it off an it did help the pain started to go away little by little an it didn't hurt to pee anymore but it took about 5 hrs for that pain to compleatly go away but I was still bloated pretty bad for a few hrs later. Has anyone ever expirenced anything like that before ???? If so please commit an let me know what you girls think. What would make me feel so much pain?
