Pregnancy number 2 is so different

I am pregnant with baby number 2 and this pregnancy has been so so much different then the first one, I literally told my husband tonight that it doesn't seem right or real because with my first one I was so so sick, I threw up all day every day from 4 weeks until 40 weeks, with this one aside from being tired and a little sick if I am hungry I feel great, no puking nothing yet. Have others had this? Just need someone to ease my mind.
