Nervous :(

I've had two miscarriages about 3yrs ago. I'll be 7wks tomorrow and currently taking pergestrone. No cramping or bleeding but sometimes I don't feel pregnant at all. I feel like the symptoms I feeling are from the pergestrone bc it has the same symptoms as pregnancy. I had breast tenderness and bloating bad in my 4wk but it went away during 5wk. I just hope I'm not going to have another ms!!:(
