Bankruptcy
Is there anyone on here who has filed bankruptcy before? It's not ideally what I want to do. I'm only 22 but my foster parents think it's the best thing for me to do. I have 16,000 worth of debt. I made mistakes and got myself into things I can't get myself out of. I wish more than anything that I could but this debt is consuming my life and I can't handle it anymore, it's spun out of control. I've already been sued and everything.
So if anyone on here has gone through similar situations and have had to file bankruptcy can you tell me how it works, what you had to go through, etc. please. And please don't be mean, I know I've f!cked up.
