Has anyone’s spouse been prescribed pregnyl, menopur and Clomid for low testosterone and low sperm count?

My husband was prescribed Clomid for low sperm count. He took it once a day, every other day for 3 months. When he did an SA after the 3 months to check his levels, the Clomid had caused his sperm count to drop lower than it was before he started taking it. 😔

not all 3 at the same time but my hubby took clomid for 3 months for low sperm count and unfortunately didnt help
