Is it too late??
I worked out often pre pregnancy mostly hiking but stopped in the first trimester due to major fatigue. I got into Zumba at around 12 weeks and was going strong til about 18 when I got super sick and had to take a break. Problem is I had a hard time getting back into the swing of things and am now 23 weeks. Is it too late to get back into it? Would being active help with keeping weight gain consistent at this point?
