Am I the only one who can’t sleep while cuddling?

It’s like I start to get really hot and I’m so used to sleeping by myself that I’m not necessarily comfortable when I’m trying to sleep in that position. Don’t get me wrong I love cuddling with my boyfriend and I have been able to naturally fall asleep while cuddling with him on two occasions but I’d have to be extremely tired otherwise, I just feel uncomfortable and hot when trying to do so. When it has happened, I wake up feeling accomplished and I also feel safe. It just sucks because I love having that cutesy feeling but it never lasts long ☹️😂

My husband and I love to cuddle, but neither one of us like something or someone touching us while we sleep, so as soon as either of us has had enough we always say, “Ok fuck off and good night” lol we also hate cuddling after sex (too hot/sweaty/sleepy) but we’re really affectionate with each other - we’ve just always been honest with each other and I’d have it no other way 😍

Nope I love it. People always talk about how unrealistic it is to cuddle all night but we do! And we have since we got together. I’ll either fall asleep on his chest or he will have his arm around me all night. Sometimes I wake up and reach on the night stand for a drink and the min I lay back down he locks me in with his arms. Ugh I love it

I’m okay with sleeping while cuddling right now, but it’s like half assed cuddling. I’ll put my hand on his stomach or tuck it under his back, or well schooch our butts towards each other so they’re touching 😂

We don’t because we both get so uncomfortable 😂 we did for a few months then fessed up and said we can’t lol. We even sleep in diff blankets . That’s ONLY because being pregnant I’m a huge bed and blanket hog .. and I’m alwyas freezing and he’s getting rid of his blanket lol. Not pregnant we share and cuddle a bit more but pregnant wise we definetly do not ! Haha

my ex n I would cuddle n then sleep but to but ... some weekends we would wake up n rub each other in the morning .. but 2but or back to back .. 19years it worked ..

I’ve been with my husband for 7 years. In the beginning cuddling was so uncomfortable for me because like you said I was also used to sleeping alone. Now that we’ve been together so long I’m so used to cuddling that I find it extremely difficult to fall asleep without either him spooning me or me spooning him. We actual both prefer when I’m the big spoon 😂 It’s funny to me now since in the beginning I was like “omg I’m just not a cuddly person” and now I’m pretty only comfortable enough to sleep when I’m snuggled up with him!
