Low sperm count??

Question

I've heard on several occasions that having sex every day when TTC lowers a man's sperm count? Anyone have any insight on it or if it's true or not?

I've heard it too, but idk if it's true. But the way I see it, if you want to have sex daily, you should do it. If you make TTC into a chore with all these rules ("we should only have sex every other day"... "you shouldn't do ---") it is just going to be super stressful. I think if TTC you should just stop BC & have fun for a while. Enjoy each other & try not to obssess with the whole TTC stuff. Worry about all that a littlenlater on if you don't get a BFP after a few months or so.

It's just that his body needs time to make more sperm, so having sex everyday means there will be fewer sperm in his ejaculate.
