When to test?

This is my first time TTC so I have lots of questions. My husband and I decided to start trying on June 1st, which was 1 day before my period was supposed to start, June 2nd. It's now June 7th and my period hasn't started yet. I've never been more than a day late before. Is it possible that I could've gotten pregnant a day before my period? If so, when would a pregnancy test be accurate?

If you are pregnant then it didn't happen 1 day b4 your period, it would of happened about 2/3 weeks ago (estimated guess). Since you are late got af then go ahead and test with a pink dye test with first morning urine. Good luck and baby dust

I suppose anything is possible  although your hormoan levels would not be strong enough to cease your period a day before your period. You would still have it. 
Do you find this to be consuming your mind? If so its possibly you are mentally delaying your period. Or AF is just plain late. Or perhaps you got pregnant long before you realize? 
The earliest time to test is two weeks from the day you believe you would have conceived. But the most reliable time to test is a week after your missed period, but that's generally for people who had ovulation significantly prior to their period.
Typicaly you don't ovulate right before your period, that's why it is highly unlikely that you became pregnant at that time.

But I think that if you do find yourself pregnant, it's likely it happened at a time you wee not aware of. Good luck and baby dust!
