I am nauseous starting in the afternoon and all through the night. I make ginger tea (just chop pieces of ginger and boil). It helps a lot.

What's really been working for me is 100mg of B6 with 25mg unisom (doxylamine) at night before I go to bed. Otherwise I puke within an hour of waking up

I have only been nauseous once and I think it’s because I took my prenatal on an empty stomach.  However I’m only 5 weeks along so i am still preparing for the worst and hoping for the best!
