Condoms...

My bf and I have been having sex for over a year and we have ALWAYS used condoms. Like, literally ALWAYS!!! Well, at first they didn't bother me and maybe sometime in Jan, the day after we have sex, it feels really irritated near my vagina. Like not inside it, around it. Could it be the condoms? We've always used the same brand, haven't changed since we started. Should I talk to a doctor about this? And could it be time to start another method of birth control? Kuz we definitely don't want a baby at the moment!!
