Been having pre labour contractions Tuesday 13th and yesterday also lost a little bit of my mucus plug (yellow discharge).

NOTE: Baby is Engaged and low down 3/5th Palpable.

Since yesterday and today I've been feeling cramping, tightning, vaginal pain loads of pressure. Went a walk yesterday and I've never felt so much pressure in my life down below. Had sex last night too and it felt weird but much better than any other time, my partner also agreed that it was different.

Was considering going another walk and buying a birthing ball? would this help??
