PCOS and need help

Hi ladies! I am almost 29.and was put on famera (fert. Drug.) And finished last round last month. No luck yet. I got pregnant no problem with my son eight years ago and can't now. I was finally diagnosed with PCOS two years ago. I was 240.when I got pregant with my son and now I weigh 330 is there any hope from me. Yes I exercise and eat right. But having PCOS I can't lose the weight trust me it's hard. I want to know I haven't been able to get pregnant. Is there hope my husband doesn't have any kids of his own. We want one. We have been trying for a year....actually over. We can't afford a specialist either...help. also on metformin and doctor put me on prenatal vits awhile ago. Any hope and stories and help would be great. Baby fever and my husband is 35 and it's time to have one of our own. Baby dust but losing hope badly.
