Tampons?

I have used playtex athletic tampons for a while and I like them but for some reason when I go to dance class there always uncomfortable and I can't move to my full potential.... any advise on what I should use or what u may use in my situation?

Have you tried pushing the tampon in a little further with your finger after insertion?

Look into a menstrual cup. The dancers I know find them very comfortable. I'm not a dancer but they are 1000x more comfortable than tampons for me.

Try a different brand. I've tried almost every brand. And I hate Playtex, always hurts me. Kotex is the only brand I use no. Never had any issues. And only time I've ever leaked is if I kept the tampon in a little too long.
