I have a dark ring around my belly button and period is 4 days late

my period is 4 days late and my stomach hurts really bad. I also have a dark ring around my belly button that has never been there. I don't think I'm pregnant but I'm not understanding why this is happening. sometime my stomach hurts and I eat and it stops but other times It hurts and I'm always sleepy. my breasts don't hurt alot but my nipples do any suggestions?
