Pregnancy dreams?
Anyone who has been pregnant...
Have you had dreams about being pregnant the night you conceived?? I got pregnant in March and had dreams that night about going to the dr and being pregnant. Unfortunately I ended up having a miscarriage. Last night, we bd due to a positive ovulating test and i again had a dream about going to the dr and being pregnant!
Is it just high hopes that is making me dream this??
