OPK Results

Took my first ovulation test this morning with FMU & I used clear blue advanced digital opk, it showed a blank circle aka "low fertility". When I ejected the stick from the reader this is what the 2 lines looked like. Does that mean my O day is approaching because I see a faint second line?! Should I label/date the sticks and keep track of the lines or no? Any advice would help, thanks ladies!!!😊
