Cycle day 72

I was just wondering what is the longest cycle days everyone else has had? I'm kinda worried cuz I'm usually right on time never been late. My last actual af was in march i spotted april then nothing 2 weeks ago bleed about 4 hours not even stopped next day spotted and now nothing again. I've called dr and they said not to worry its just an irregular period but if that was true i figured id started by now.
