Am I not ovulating after stopping the pill?

I stopped taking the pill April 26th. In the meantime had a 4 day spotting 12 days later. 14 days later I had a normal period. I am now at day 17 and not experienced and egg white cervical mucous. Is it possible I'm not ovulating yet? I have been very consistent at checking CF.
