Food struggle
I lost A LOT of weight due to Hg at the beginning of my pregnancy and as a result I was told to eat whatever, whenever however much I could handle just to get me at a healthy weight and get any kind of nutrients in me for my baby. Will I’m FINALLY at a good weight and so I’m trying to eat better portions and more consistent meal times with healthy options but despite eating a good amount of healthy and filling foods today and eating a big dinner and feeling full I still want to eat. I don’t feel hungry. I’m very content and full filling but I have this intense urge to eat anything and everything 🤦♀️🤦♀️ so I waited about an hour after I finished dinner to see if it went away and it didn’t so I had half an almond butter sandwich thinking it would fulfill my urge... nope. Its been about 2 hours or so now and I still feel comfortably full but also have my intense urge to eat my entire kitchen 😒
Any advice?? I don’t want to eat more and end up getting sick or have this become a common thing and gain way more weight than is healthy for me and baby
