TTC, vitamins,

Im 24 I have been taking Geritol Complete as a multivitamin instead of prenatal vitamins while ttc. Also separate folic acid vitamins. I was told by a friend of the family there's an old wives tale " There's a baby in every bottle" and she got pregnant after taking.. Started taking it 4/29/15 as directed on the bottle. Has anyone had any luck while taking it or any other vitamins? What helped you to conceive? I've been trying for about a year now and it's super stressful. It has helped everything from my hair , nails to cm.
