Reocurrent Utis !! Any solutions??

Question

So about ever since I’ve started having sex I’ve been getting a uti every month/ every month and a half. It doesn’t matter how much water I drink or if I clean myself after sex. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and have had two Utis this pregnancy. Anybody had this problem before or know how to stop it? I’m tired of being on antibiotics so often and I hate having to take them when pregnant and want to avoid getting a uti atleast until after baby is born ! Help!??

Taking probiotics can help keeping you healthy and pee more frequently because the uterus puts extra pressure on the bladder so you can't empty it like you would normally leaving you more prone to infections also incorporate cranberry supplements or  juice into your diet

I had like 3 or 4 during my pregnancy, it was like one after another tbh & my son is fine. I took my medicine. And even after I finished the medicine, we wouldn’t have sex for a while. 🙄
They stopped somewhere in my third trimester. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I think it was from sex. Because he would finish in me lol just because I was pregnant already. So I told him to pull out or use a condom. 😂

I personally live with a kidney condition that causes constant UTIs, Kidney and Badder infections no matter what I do. This pregnancy ive been on constant antibiotics and my baby is still progressing normally and growing very well! I’m 34w+5d today.
Best advice I can offer, which are things I’ve been instructed to do by a Nephrologist (kidney doctor) is to pee right after sex, wear cotton underwear (make sure you change them everyday), ask your partner to wear condoms or to not finish inside you, and look into drinking cranberry juice once a day. Cranberries are GREAT for kidney function. Other than that, just make sure to clean downstairs with warm water and soap. ONLY OUTSIDE, don’t put soap up your no no square, that can make things worse.

Do you pee after sex in addition to cleaning yourself? I used to get utis like crazy!! Even kidney infections. I was told by a doctor to pee after sex and I've made it a habit to do so, and I have noticed I don't get them nearly as much as I used to, like hardly at all now!!
