Should I deliver at 34 weeks or should I wait

I was diagonal with gestational diabetes and hypertension. I’ve been in the hospital for a week and a half now with low amniotic fluid. I had a sonogram Monday and my fluid was 4.7 but on Tuesday, another sonogram showed that I have 8-9. My ob suggested an induction to be scheduled for Friday but now is saying that we should play it by ear because of the fluid discrepancies. He said that the 2nd sonogram only showed more fluid because they measured it wrong. I’m conflicted on who is right and if I should go ahead with the induction or if I should wait. Any advice?
