3mo Pp need some serious workout motivation

I decided to keep a Vegan eating lifestyle. Which I’m not having a hard time with 👍🏽 I’ve lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks... to reach my goal I need to loose a pound a week..

not that the scale matters but it makes me feel better..

I paid for an online workout coach (I’m working out at home, because I don’t have a baby sitter).. I just can’t keep a schedule. 😞 And haven’t been consistent. From loosing motivation to my kid crying after 20 /30 mns of putting her down.

I do however hike like 2-3x a week for about an hr..

I don’t just want to just loose weight, I want to build a body (which is why I paid for an online program )

Anyone else having this issue?

Or anyone that can give some advice?

My daughter is 3 mos, she doesn’t get distracted for long periods of time.. so I can do my thing..
