Exercising is harder

I am a regular ‘gym goer’, 3-4 times a week and I do walks occasionally too.. I am 15 and a half wk and find I struggle a bit more now to go for as long as I used to, even doing simple exercises I find a little harder. Is this normal so early on? I’m not trying to exceed my body limits or anything..
