how does everyone get over another loss :(
I lost my first baby at 12 weeks.
I finally got pregnant again after 2 years, now I think I’m losing this one too. I’m only 4 weeks, but my HCG levels are dropping and nothing on the ultrasound just like I thought.
I thought I’d be okay and just “whatever happens” but it’s really hitting hard tonight!
I don’t have any bleeding or cramping just declining HCG levels 😏😭
