Missed period

Anyone out there missed their period and the next moth went back on track? I'm hoping that mine will because I'm always regular. I'm 5 days late with neg tests and I think I'm gonna skip it all together. Need an HSG done but I'm worried. Do they norm do blood test for pregnancy before procedure?
