How soon can I take a test?

AF is suppose to visit on Thursday. I had spotting yesterday (bright red/brown in color) and I'm feeling crampy today. I took a test Friday and it came out negative. Should I wait until Thursday to see if my period comes or should I try now? How soon can I take a test and get a positive if I'm pregnant?

The closer to your period the more accurate your result. Try and hold off until Thursday but if you do test now I recommend using first response. Good luck :)
