So I went to my doctor appointment today and I'm 38w and 2 days. The last time she did my cervical exam I was only 50% effaced and that was two weeks ago. Today when she checked me she said that I've thinned completely and I'm 1cm dilated because I've been having lots of cramping and aching . So she gave me a paper of ways to induce my labor naturally . I hope she comes before next Monday. But who knows , anyone else dilating and having BH contractions  often?
